In Christ, we who are many form one body, and each member belongs to all the others – Romans 12:5.
Jesus Christ is the head of His body, the church, and as such, concerned about each member. Love ought to prevail. As God directs in what ministries Grace Mission Church should be involved in, He will also direct how each individual should function in His Church.
The leadership of Grace Mission Church should be an example of sacrificial love, and should give themselves in service to “prepare God’s people for works of service, so that the Body of Christ may be built up.” (Ephesians 4:12).
Members of Grace Mission Church are those who desire to be in a relationship with one another under the leadership of this local body. The members are to be willing to come under the authority of the leadership, who in turn is under the Lordship of Jesus Christ, and are willing to be used by God for serving one another in love, and using their gifts and ministries for the common good, as God directs them.
