Will the world ever be the same again?
• There are 318 verses in the New Testament on the end times. The end times is a major topic of
the New Testament
• Every crisis reveals who you are - it is a moment of decision
• We must live our lives in the fear of God rather than the fear of crisis
• Stop reacting to life and start responding to life
• Focus much on Bible prophecy rather than an individual’s prophecy. Prophecy is not meant to
glorify man but to glorify God. It is not meant to prove who is the greatest prophet but who is the
greatest God!
• God will never just leave us to our own means in understanding what’s happening in the world,
He has already given is the Holy Spirit to lead us into all truths, John 16:13 (NKJV) 13 However,
when He, the Spirit of truth, has come, He will guide you into all truth; for He will not speak on His
own authority, but whatever He hears He will speak; and He will tell you things to come.
SIGNS OF THE END TIMES: Will the world ever be the same again?
Matthew 24:3-8 (NKJV)
The Signs of the Times and the End of the Age
3 Now as He sat on the Mount of Olives, the disciples came to Him privately, saying, “Tell us,
when will these things be? And what will be the sign of Your coming, and of the end of the age?”
4 And Jesus answered and said to them: “Take heed that no one deceives you.
5 For many will come in My name, saying, ‘I am the Christ,’ and will deceive many.
6 And you will hear of wars and rumors of wars. See that you are not troubled; for all these things
must come to pass, but the end is not yet.
7 For nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. And there will be famines,
pestilences, and earthquakes in various places.
8 All these are the beginning of sorrows. (Word for birth pains - contractions)
This know also, that in the last days perilous times will come.
2 Timothy 3:1
In this verse, Paul prophesied, “This know also, that in the last days perilous times will come.” This
word “perilous” is the Greek word chalepos, which means dangerous or difficult. It is translated in
Matthew 8:28 as “exceedingly fierce.” So when Paul prophesied by the Spirit that the last days
would be “perilous,” he was saying that the end times would be dangerous, difficult, dark and
exceedingly fierce.
1 Chronicles 12:32 (NKJV Strong's)
32 of the sons of Issachar who had understanding of the times, to know what Israel ought to do,
their chiefs were two hundred; and all their brethren were at their command;
Three Primary Voices on the second coming of Jesus
1. Jesus Himself speaking about his second coming
2. Paul wrote to dispel the myth that Jesus had already returned - Thessalonians
3. John in the book of Revelations
Signs - the word for road signs
Give you directions, peace, where you’re
END - end of the age. Consummation of time
The world is getting ready to give birth to the next age which will be the
tribulation and the church will already be out of here
The coming of Christ will not be in a crisis time. It will happen when life is very normal - marrying
and getting married! Matt 24:37-42. Live every day like Christ is coming back anytime. Don’t just
live in reaction to a crisis!!
Matthew 24:35-44 (NKJV)
35 Heaven and earth will pass away, but My words will by no means pass away.
No One Knows the Day or Hour
36 “But of that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels of heaven, but My Father only.
37 But as the days of Noah were, so also will the coming of the Son of Man be.
38 For as in the days before the flood, they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in
marriage, until the day that Noah entered the ark,
39 and did not know until the flood came and took them all away, so also will the coming of the
Son of Man be.
40 Then two men will be in the field: one will be taken and the other left.
41 Two women will be grinding at the mill: one will be taken and the other left.
42 Watch therefore, for you do not know what hour your Lord is coming.
43 But know this, that if the master of the house had known what hour the thief would come, he
would have watched and not allowed his house to be broken into.
44 Therefore you also be ready, for the Son of Man is coming at an hour you do not expect

you sorrow as others who have no hope.

1 Thessalonians 5:1-6 (NKJV)
1 But concerning the times and the seasons, brethren, you have no need that I should write to
you.
2 For you yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so comes as a thief in the night.
3 For when they say, "Peace and safety!" then sudden destruction comes upon them, as labour
pains upon a pregnant woman. And they shall not escape.
4 But you, brethren, are not in darkness, so that this Day should overtake you as a thief.
5 You are all sons of light and sons of the day. We are not of the night nor of darkness.
6 Therefore let us not sleep, as others do, but let us watch and be sober.

nations, with perplexity, the sea and the waves roaring;
26 men's hearts failing them from fear and the expectation of those things which are coming on
the earth, for the powers of the heavens will be shaken.

redemption draws near."

houses, and into all the land of Egypt. The land was corrupted because of the swarms of flies.
2 Timothy 3:1-5 (NKJV)
Perilous Times and Perilous Men
1 But know this, that in the last days perilous times will come:
2 For men will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boasters, proud, blasphemers,
disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy,
3 unloving, unforgiving, slanderers, without self-control, brutal, despisers of good,
4 traitors, headstrong, haughty, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God,
5 having a form of godliness but denying its power. And from such people turn away!
2 Timothy 3:1-5 (NKJV)

and then the end will come.
The experience of COVID-19 and the lockdowns will enable the acceleration in the preaching of
the gospel through all forms of media platforms
Luke 17:26-30 (NKJV)
26 And as it was in the days of Noah, so it will be also in the days of the Son of Man:
27 They ate, they drank, they married wives, they were given in marriage, until the day that Noah
entered the ark, and the flood came and destroyed them all.
28 Likewise as it was also in the days of Lot: They ate, they drank, they bought, they sold, they
planted, they built;
29 but on the day that Lot went out of Sodom it rained fire and brimstone from heaven and
destroyed them all.
